Are Granadas products handmade?

Yes. Granadas products are handcrafted using wood, epoxy, and traditional techniques. Many items are made using established templates, while allowing for natural artistic variation.


Will my product look exactly like the photos?

No two handcrafted items are identical.
While the structural design remains the same, variations in wood grain, epoxy patterns, and color tones are natural and expected. These variations are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.


Do you offer custom-made products?

Yes. Granadas offers both defined model collections and custom-made chess and backgammon sets.
Custom options may require additional production time.


Orders & Production

When does production start?

Production begins after payment confirmation.
For some items, production time is required before shipping.


How long does production take?

• Standard handcrafted products: 7–15 business days
• More complex designs: up to 20 business days
• Ready-to-ship items: delivered within 10–17 business days, depending on destination

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, provided production has not started.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted only for eligible items and under specific conditions.
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable, except in cases of verified defects.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Are handcrafted variations considered defects?

No. Natural variations in color, texture, epoxy patterns, or wood grain are inherent to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
