Granadas is an independent artisan brand specializing in handcrafted chess sets, backgammon boards, and decorative game pieces. Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, the following return and refund conditions apply.
General Return Policy
We accept returns only for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Personalized items
• Items made according to customer-selected specifications
• Items showing natural variations inherent to handcrafted products
These products are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Granadas products are handcrafted using wood, epoxy, and traditional techniques. As a result:
• Each product is unique
• Variations in epoxy patterns, wood grain, color tones, or texture are natural
• Products follow the same structural template but may differ visually
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
• A replacement
• A repair
• A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Granadas is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return inspection
• Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started
• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production starts.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Granadas is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
