Granadas is an independent artisan brand focused on handcrafted chess sets, backgammon boards, and decorative game pieces. Our products are created using a combination of wood, epoxy, and traditional craftsmanship, with production taking place in our workshops in Armenia.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, shipping timelines vary depending on product type and production complexity.
Production & Order Preparation
Handcrafted & Template-Based Products
Most Granadas products are crafted using established construction templates, while allowing for artistic variation in materials, colors, and wood tones.
• Standard production time: 7–15 business days
• Complex designs or special finishes: up to 20 business days
Production begins after payment confirmation.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Some items are already completed and available in limited quantities.
• Ready-to-ship orders are delivered to customers within 10–17 business days, depending on destination.
Availability is indicated on the product page when applicable.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Granadas also offers custom-made chess and backgammon sets, produced based on specific customer selections.
• Custom production timelines may exceed standard ranges
• Estimated timelines are communicated individually when applicable
Custom orders are created exclusively for the customer.

We currently ship from Armenia to:
• United States
• Canada
• European Union countries
• Selected international destinations

Delivery timelines begin after production is completed:
• United States & Canada: typically within 10–17 business days
• European Union: delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

Craftsmanship Notice
Because Granadas products are handcrafted:
• Each item is unique
• Variations in epoxy patterns, wood grain, color tones, and texture are natural
• Products follow the same structural design but may differ visually
These characteristics are part of the craftsmanship process and are not considered defects.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
• These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees
• Customers are responsible for any fees imposed by local authorities
Order Tracking
• Tracking information is provided once the order ships
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system
Delivery Responsibility
Granadas is not responsible for:
• Production-related delays within the stated timeframes
• Carrier or customs delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Customers are encouraged to review shipping details carefully before completing their order.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.
